Loved our rooms with bedrooms. This hotel was located in a very central area not far from central Hobart, restaurants in Salamanca and cafes in salamanca place and battery point. We had early meal in Jimbo's Quality Seafood, based nearby.

Comfortable hotel with lovely views of harbor in a stunning location. Good-sized and well-equipped rooms with a lounge and a kettle. Location close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars, Salamanca markets and the art centre, the Pier and historic Hobart.

The appartment could do with double glazing as it can get quite noisy.

I had a very comfortable stay for 1 night at Salamanca Terrace and I'm glad I chose it. the staff were pleasant, and the food was appetising. I stayed in a bright studio that featured crockery, a microwave, and a king-size bed.

The accomodation is extremely convenient to Salamanca Market and the harbour precinct. The 2 bedroom apartment we had appeared new and was very roomy with all the conveniences that a family needs including the kitchen, laundry 2 toilet, 2 small balconys with views of the harbour and free onsite parking. We would definitely stay at Salamanca Terraces again

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, perfectly located near shops and the vibrant Salamanca Market. While the furnishings felt a bit dated and noise from the street could be disruptive, the helpful staff and convenience made for an enjoyable stay. I'd consider returning in the future.

Friendly efficient staff. Spacious rooms & convenient location. Loved it that mini bar does not have overinflated prices & you have a good range of tassie produce. Good to see Morilla wines in the rooms!
The beds are not very comfortable. I like a firm bed but yours is more hard than firm. Perhaps next time they are due to be replaced, go for something a little softer. I stay in many hotels & most modern hotels have very comfy beds these days. However given the small amount of time I normally spend in them, Its not that big of a deal for me. I am likely to still stay again because of all the other positives. Also There was quite a bit of dust in the heaters which might be a fire hazard perhaps so no idea how but might need cleaning out (room heaters were really warm though!). I hope you don't think I'm being picky but just thought this feedback might help.

It's location close to the Salamanca Markets and the Wedding we attended on the Parliament House Lawns and in the Long Gallery.
We filled out your standard form reporting our thoughts on the accommodation. Basically we thought it was overpriced (Room 305 self contained) considering the units long distance separation from Reception and the Restaurant in relation to the often cold and wet weather of Hobart.. Also the iron hot plate was very dirty and grimy and almost resulted in a disaster with a white shirt. I tried to clean the iron and it left much grime on the ironing board. The top of the back of one wooden meal table chair was damaged and could result in splinters in one's hand. The toilet roll holder was difficult to reach because of being badly positioned. Generally we thought the room design and layout poor for a comparatively new building.
